"We didn’t know anyone in the area we were moving to. Another realtor we were talking to forwarded us to Erika. She was absolutely amazing. She spent the day with us looking at houses, and was great with our kids. We ended up having to do virtual visits as we weren’t able to make it back in person and she drove all over southern Maine for us on a short notice. She was very thorough and made sure everything was right for us. Hands down the best realtor we have ever dealt with. You won’t be disappointed."

"Erika sold my son his house in June of 22. In June we decided we wanted to move back to Maine. We started our search with Erika. In a years time we were under contract 4 times. Due to buyers on the house in Mass not able to get the financing. The house finally sold. So we continued searching. In May 2023 we found one we liked a lot and made an offer unseen. Our bid was excepted. Erika although on vacation in California got us the paperwork we needed to sign and met ever dead line we had. On June 1st ( exactly 1 year after my sons closing) we closed in a beautiful house. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her customers.
