About Erika

Since moving to Maine in 2016, I have fallen in love with New England, or as I call it the Land of Milk & Honey... but in our case it’s more like Lakes, Lighthouses, Lobster, Historic Architecture, 5 Star Dining, & Beer. I feel super fortunate to have set down roots in the Greater Portland area.

With listing and sales experience since 2019 (including a challenging Lifetime Estate Sale), my goal is to give you VIP service. Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest hassles and investment opportunities, so I work hard to make it as stress-free as possible for you.  I specialize in working with people wanting to downsize, homeowners wanting to sell for top dollar, investors, and first-time homebuyers. My expertise is enriched with assistance from my three puppy assistants: Riley, Baxter, and Pipsley, who are very concerned about finding the right home for your pets.

When I'm not selling real estate, I enjoy sourcing antiques throughout New England, renovating my church into a home, adventuring with my dogs, relaxing lakeside, running the FB page Adoptable Pets of Maine, floating down rivers, and checking out the local music scene.
